We can either gut or fillet your fish, with filleting and skinning being the most popular method. We also offer freezing of your cleaned fish free of charge. Or, we also have a walk in refrigerator to store your catch till you want to pick it up. This way, you don't even have to stay and wait, you can pick it up at a later time! |
